Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door sales, Social media and networking
- Schedule appointments with potential clients
- Present properties to potential clients and answer questions
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale
- Close deals
- Maintain a database of leads and contacts in the CRM System
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Follow up clients till they made full payment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven 3+ years’ experience as a Real Estate sales consultant
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in sales software (e.g., CRM,).
