Job Summary
CCCC is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team in Gotera, Addis Ababa. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with strong communication skills, the ability to build lasting client relationships, and a track record of closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate properties
- Identify and pursue potential clients through various sales channels
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate key features and benefits
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and partners
- Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends and pricing
- Prepare and present professional proposals and sales documents
- Negotiate offers and close property deals successfully
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional efforts
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales (experience in a Chinese company is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Addis Ababa
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
