Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Management, secretarial and office management or related field.
- 1- 2 years proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
