Summary
Our client, a leading importer and distributor of medical equipment and pharmaceuticals, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in health and medicine, combined with over two years of experience in sales and marketing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's medical equipment and pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns tailored to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Participate in trade shows, medical conferences, and other networking events to promote the company’s offerings.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of medical equipment and pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
