Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to spearhead our joint initiative's growth and market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend clinical experience, creativity, strategy, and entrepreneurship to drive success in the competitive medical supplies industry.

Work Experience

Sales & marketing experience, especially in a medical equipment and supplies importing and distribution company.

Education Qualification

BSC/BA (5 years or more experience), MSC/MA/MBA (2 years or more experience).

Salary/Compensation

Monthly fixed salary plus sales commission as per the company scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective clients, leveraging innovative approaches to showcase the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including presentations and promotional content for various client segments.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and targeted advertising campaigns to optimize reach and engagement with our targeted clients.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Plan and perform regular customer visits to meet sales and marketing targets.
  • Proper follow-up of sales leads, recording and reporting to management regularly.
  • Handle all tender leads, prepare bid documents, submit and follow up on tender results, and interface with company departments for contract management.
  • Attend virtual and in-person training to understand the detailed technical features of the company products and educate customers on their advantages.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in any of the healthcare fields such as Nursing, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, etc.
  • Healthcare background with an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles in a medical device importing company, preferably for clinical and/or life care and support devices.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing techniques, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in English and basic Microsoft applications is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results and a willingness to take initiatives.
