Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify potential clients
• Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door sales, Social media and networking
• Schedule appointments with potential clients
• Present properties to potential clients and answer questions
• Negotiate prices and terms of sale
• Close deals
• Maintain a database of leads and contacts in the CRM System
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Follow up clients till they made full payment
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven 3+ years’ experience as a Real Estate sales consultant
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in sales software (e.g., CRM,).
