Job Overview
The Sales & Marketing Professional will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s medical products and services. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on health equipment sales or the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in the healthcare sector.
- Promote and sell the company’s medical equipment and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other potential customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on prospects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors in the healthcare industry.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with the product development and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
- Attend healthcare-related events, conferences, and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector, particularly in medical equipment sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
