Job Summary:Our recruitment team is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Person for our client, an electrical manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in electronics sales, with a proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service. As a Sales Person, you will be responsible for helping customers select the right electronic products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in identifying their needs and providing information on products and services.
- Promote and sell a wide range of electronics products, including consumer electronics, gadgets, and accessories.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and strong product knowledge.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle customer inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and properly displayed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge, trends, and technology in the electronics industry.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Assist in managing inventory, including restocking products and checking for damaged or expired items.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges professionally while adhering to company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Similar Engineering field or related field (preferred but not required).
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a focus on electronics or consumer products.
- Strong knowledge of electronics products, trends, and features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
