Job Summary
Senior District Agency & Digital Sales Officer is responsible for the growth of the Bank's business by implementing strategies expanding the agency network and enhance service accessibility. The role holder is also responsible for driving growth of agency & digital business via advertising, personal selling, customer education and promotional activities. In addition, the role holder is responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining digital banking service customers by implementing the Bank's policies, procedures, projects, and marketing strategies for successful presence across all market segments.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System, Business Administration and Information System, Marketing or any other equivalent field.
- Professional qualifications in IT is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
Technical Competencies
- Experienced Service Management professional.
- Excellent customer facing/customer service skills.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong knowledge of the Bank’s clients and their needs.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of industry trends and their implications for the Bank as well as events in fast-paced markets.
- Good knowledge of banking regulations.
- Adequate knowledge of Banking and finance (local and international).
