The Senior F&B Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs, analyzing financial data, and ensuring cost efficiency. This role involves implementing cost-saving strategies, conducting inventory checks, and maintaining accurate financial records to support the hotel's profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs to optimize profitability.
- Develop cost control strategies and ensure adherence to budgeted costs.
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Work closely with the F&B team to maintain cost-effective menu pricing.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Operation, Accounting, or Level IV and above in F and B cost control or F & B Supervision.
- Minimum of 2 years for BA holders, 3 years of experience for Level IV holders in F&B cost control in the hospitality industry on senior positions.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Proficiency in cost control software and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
