About the Job
- Operates telephone switchboard;
- Receives telephone calls, and connects to wanted subscribers;
- Establishes inter-office and local telephone connections on request;
- Supplies information to callers, and takes messages;
- Ensures that the switchboard is in working condition;
- Reports to Telecom any problems or faults encountered;
- Carries out any related duties assigned by supervisors;
- Answers and routes incoming calls greets visitors and finds out the nature of their enquiry ;
- Provides information to assist clients or refer them to appropriate contacts;
- Performs any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
About You
- From a recognized university/college/ TVET (10+3) Diploma in Management/ Human Resource Management / Secretarial and Office Management, training on PBX.
- 2 years of work experience
