We are an information and communication technology (ICT) company providing world-class ICT infrastructure, enterprise solutions, and implementation services. Our clients include business enterprises, public organizations, and government agencies. USi has been in business for the past 23 years operating in 3 countries with over 50 employees.

Job Summary

Has solid experience in technology companies. Work with clients, finding the right technological hardware and software products to suit their business. Need to maintain client relationships, provide pre-sales as well as after-sales support, and key contact point for customers. The position requires an individual to have good business judgment with a broad understanding of Information Technology.

Duty and Responsibility

  • Strong attention to details
  • Meeting set sales targets.
  • Has strong client-facing skills.
  • Has experience in post-sales activity.
  • Must take certifications with core company vendors.
  • Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads.
  • Upselling and cross-selling on existing accounts.
  • Preparing and delivering sales pitches and product demonstrations Follow up on customer orders as necessary.
  • Developing a sales strategy
  • Strong negotiation skill
  • Ensuring competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends.
  • Servicing existing customer base through a planned calling schedule
  • Being proactive in the opening of new accounts to ensure the Company products are available at all new points of consumption
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Prepare Tender responses.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Information Systems or a related subject
  • Minimum 2 Years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in Information Technology preferably experience in a technology company.
