The Menorah Trustees Community Service, a non-governmental organization partnered with Meqrets private limited company, seeks to establish a substance use disorder rehabilitation center for our community. As part of this initiative, we seek the following professionals' expertise.

Job Vacancy: Psychiatry Doctor with Professional License

Job Description: Menorah Trustees and Meqrets are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatry Doctor with a professional license to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Psychiatry Doctor at Menorah Trustees and Meqrets, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive psychiatric care to individuals struggling with substance use disorder. You will work collaboratively with our team of counselors, therapists, and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized treatment plans that integrate spiritual principles with evidence-based psychiatric interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations to diagnose substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide medication management and psychiatric treatment to address symptoms of substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders.
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to coordinate care and ensure holistic and integrated treatment approaches.
• Offer psychoeducation and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, and supervision sessions to enhance professional development and ensure quality of care.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice, including maintaining confidentiality and respecting client autonomy.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine as a psychiatrist.
• Experience in addiction psychiatry or mental health treatment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Location: Menorah Trustees community service in collaboration with Meqrets private limited company: Substance Use Disorder Rehabilitation Center, located around Sumit Birhanu Hotel.
