Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of real estate sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team goals are met.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity and professionalism.
• Mentor and coach team members on effective sales techniques, negotiation skills, and client relationship management.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create and execute campaigns and initiatives that drive sales.

Qualifications:
