Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE
The MIS Officer will support the MIS Manager in designing, testing, implementing, and rolling out Mobile Data Collection (MDC) using the CommCare platform in building the current piloting processes. The post holder will assist on the mobile data collection (using CommCare Platform) tool in testing and documentation. Assist his/her supervisor in automating MIS system that including data cleaning and visualization. Follow up and ensure the effective use of mobile data collection devices /tablets using dashboard device management technologies.
The post holder assists his/her supervisor in installing apps on tablets, updating databases, modifying, maintaining, repairing, and protecting database and MIS systems to meet the needs of SPIR II requirements and is expected to have good knowledge of data cleaning, visualization, and documentation. In collaboration with his/her supervisor, the post holder will keep the MDC tools/forms documented. Document all the necessary tools, Standard Operating Procedures, testing documents, and other requirement analysis & design documents, and make them readily available upon request.
