Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Graphic Designer at Spotlight, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the visual identity of our clients' brands. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and showcase your design expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the conceptualization and execution of visual design solutions across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
• Collaborate closely with clients, account managers, and cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet and exceed expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
• Stay up-to-date in industry trends, and emerging technologies, and design best practices to ensure that our work remains innovative and ahead of the curve.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that align with client goals and brand standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer of 3+ years, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
• Solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual communication.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Previous experience in a creative agency environment is highly desirable.
