Description:

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepares budgets and consolidates accounts in collaboration with another department;
• Ensures the timely settlement of payroll tax, pension, and other obligations;
• Coordinate with external tax advisors or government agencies to address inquiries or audits.
• Ensures that planned activities are carried out in line with the approved annual plan and budget ;
• Provides technical support to Accountants;
• Ensures monthly payroll is prepared;
• Ensures the timely settlement of payroll tax, pension, and other obligations;
• Stay informed about tax laws and regulations changes, ensuring compliance and timely submission of required payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare financial reports for management review.
• Oversee the closing process and ensure timely completion of financial statements.
• Interacted with external auditors and prepared all necessary documentation for audits.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant tax laws and regulations affecting the clinic.
• Ensures that all unused official documents and vouchers are properly registered and are available in sufficient quantity;
• Conduct annual reports to the tax office, facilitate clearance, and renew licenses on time

Qualifications:

• BA Degree in Accounting
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years Experience preferable in an Import Export Company.
