Description:

At Zare Innovations, we are seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the development and management of our digital products within the Consumer Products and Services department. This role is pivotal in enhancing product offerings, managing key accounts, and building partnerships to achieve strategic goals and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of consumer products and services from inception to enhancement.
• Partnership Development: Work with content partners to create business opportunities and innovative digital solutions.
• Account Management: Strengthen relationships with key accounts by delivering tailored solutions.
• Campaign Development: Design and launch marketing campaigns to grow the customer base and service revenue.
• Partner Onboarding and Support: Oversee new partner onboarding and maintain high levels of support.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with stakeholders to successfully launch partner products and services.
• Performance Metrics: Meet partner and customer NPS targets, ensuring exceptional experiences.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in account management or product management, ideally in technology or digital services.
