We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Intern - Job Posting Admin to join our team and support our recruitment efforts.

Position Overview:

The Intern - Job Posting Admin will play a crucial role in supporting our management team, job seekers, employers, and recruiters by administering job postings on the GeezJobs platform. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in recruitment operations, digital marketing, and HR practices. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a keen interest in human resources and online recruitment. Additionally, the intern will be involved in our ongoing efforts to expand into new countries, assisting with the challenges of reaching new markets and adapting our services to meet the needs of a diverse, global audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting Management:

  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing job listings on the GeezJobs website and other job boards.
  • Ensure job postings are accurate, engaging, and aligned with employer requirements.
  • Monitor and update job listings to ensure they remain active and relevant.

SEO and Optimization:

  • Learn and apply SEO best practices to increase the visibility of job postings.
  • Research and implement keywords and phrases to enhance job listing performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of job postings, including views, applications, and engagement metrics.
  • Prepare reports on job listing performance and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to understand employer needs and job requirements.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR operations.
  • Provide support in handling inquiries from employers and job seekers.

Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure that all job postings reflect GeezJobs’ brand and maintain a consistent tone and style.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
  • 2023 and 2024 Graduates ONLY

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic.
  • A basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
