GeezJobs - The Recruitment Department would like to recruit highly qualified and Competent professional applicants for the Restaurant Administrator on behalf of a client company/Employer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Train, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Manage daily activities, cleanliness, and inventory.
• Handle complaints and ensure excellent service.
• Manage budgets, transactions, and financial reports.
• Implement strategies and coordinate promotions.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Maintain HR records and equipment.
• Manage supplier contracts and deliveries.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduates in Hotel Management and Tourism, Management, and related fields preferred.
• 4+ years of Proven experience, in hospitality management.
• Leadership, organization, financial management, customer service.
• Advanced English language skills are recommended.

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 ETB
