Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Executive Leadership: Assist executives in day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Financial Assistance: Perform basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking, supporting the finance department as needed.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and executive reviews.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external partners, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize software tools for management, communication, and data analysis to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in an administrative or business support role (internships or part-time work during studies are acceptable).
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
