Key Responsibilities:

• Manage flight reservations and ticketing using ITA Galileo.
• Assist customers with inquiries and booking issues.
• Modify and reissue tickets as required.
• Provide accurate fare information and suggest the best routes and options.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and bookings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience preferably with IATA Galileo.
• Must have own username for Galileo system.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of other ticketing platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
