We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and oversee brand communication, including call center management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing brand communication channels, and ensuring effective call center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Oversee and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing).
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Brand Communication:

  • Manage all brand communication efforts, including content creation, social media management, and public relations activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital channels and platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and execute branding initiatives and campaigns.

Content Development:

  • Created and managed engaging content for digital channels, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Develop content strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.

Digital Marketing Works:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • Implement and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and display advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the success of digital marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors for specialized digital marketing services when necessary.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies.
  • Utilize research findings to inform and refine digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing and brand communication team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Proven experience in a Digital Marketing or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience managing brand communication and call center operations.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
