Our recruitment team is seeking a motivated and experienced Head Of Security for our client (In Building Administration & Real Estate Business)

Job Description:

The Head of Security is responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety of personnel, properties, and assets, and implementing security policies and emergency response plans.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Supervise security personnel and manage daily security operations.
• Monitor surveillance systems and investigate security incidents.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
• Train staff on security awareness and emergency protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local security regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in security management.
• Background in Military, Police, or related field.
• Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
• Knowledge of security technologies and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
