Establishment of the Company Defense Construction Design Enterprise is established by the Council of Ministers pursuant to article 5 of the definition of power and duties of the executive Organ of the federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia proclamation No 471/1998 and article 47(1)(a) of the public enterprises proclamation No 25/1984, under Regulation number 187/2010 in 28th day of July 2010 G.C as a government development (public enterprises) enterprise under the supervising authority of Ministry of National Defense, Defense Enterprise Sector. It is established with a total capital of 30,000,000 (Thirty Million Birr).
