Ethiopia Skate is an NGO that strives to empower local youth through skateboarding, education, personal development skill training, and Entrepreneurship. By combining skateboarding with innovative, arts-based education, and life skill training, we allow children and the youth to become leaders for a better world. Our focus is on groups who are often excluded from sports and educational opportunities, girls, and those from low-income backgrounds. We provide safe spaces where children and the youth can have fun, build their skills and confidence and break down social barriers by making new friends.
