Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Identify and understand customer needs.
• Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotional materials.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel, if required.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required; a bachelor's degree in Business administration or a related field is often preferred.
• Additional sales or product-specific training or certifications may be advantageous.
