Job Summary፡

The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operations of food and beverage services across Kaldis Coffee outlets. This role requires strong leadership and operational expertise to ensure that all outlets provide exceptional food and beverage quality and service. The manager will also manage budgets, control inventory, maintain food safety standards, and lead a staff team to deliver a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of food and beverage services, ensuring that all processes are aligned with company standards and objectives. Coordinate between kitchen, service staff, and management to ensure seamless service and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with chefs, baristas, and beverage specialists to create, develop, and update seasonal and permanent menu items.
  • Prepare and manage department budgets, control expenses, and monitor revenue streams. Analyze sales and cost reports to drive profitability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best quality products at the most favorable prices.
  • Regularly monitor customer feedback and service quality, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure local health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards, food safety practices, and proper storage.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a capable and motivated team. Organize regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
  • Implement cost-saving measures, such as portion control, efficient purchasing, and waste reduction strategies.
  • Ensuring all food and beverage items are adequately stocked across all locations without excess inventory.
  • Utilize and manage food and beverage management software or point-of-sale systems to streamline operations, generate sales reports, and manage labor costs.

Qualifications/ Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and analyzing financial reports and data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Experience with menu planning and development.
  • Proficiency in using restaurant management software.
