What You’ll Do:

  • Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive new business and expand market presence for our outsourced software development services.
  • Oversee and execute marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, generate leads, and promote our unique value proposition.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored software solutions.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in the software development or outsourcing industry.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with outsourced software development services and the ability to communicate technical solutions to clients.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and using data to guide decision-making and strategy refinement.
