Job Summary:
Procon Construction PLC is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company’s digital presence. The role focuses on content creation, brand visibility, audience engagement, and promoting the company’s construction projects and corporate image across digital platforms.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Promote ongoing and completed construction projects, company updates, and corporate communications
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Capture, edit, and publish photos and videos from project sites and office activities
- Monitor comments, messages, and online inquiries, ensuring timely responses
- Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports
- Coordinate with engineering, marketing, and management teams for content accuracy
- Manage paid social media campaigns when required
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Architecture is a plus)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Knowledge of Video, Graphics, & Photo Editing
- Strong content writing and visual storytelling skills
