Role OverviewWe are looking for a Graduate Trainee Support Engineer to join our Pi School System Support Team in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This is a full-time, on-site role with a structured two-month training program to provide technical skills and in-depth knowledge of the Pi School System.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the Pi School System.
- Assist customers with technical and operational challenges.
- Ensure the smooth functionality of the Pi School System in educational institutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to enhance system performance.
- No prior experience is required – this is an entry-level role.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and IT infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (On-Site)
- Training: Two-month on-the-job training on the Pi School System and technical support procedures.
- Salary: Based on company scale.
