Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager (Education & Teachers) to lead, develop, and implement training programs for teachers and education professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing teacher training programs, ensuring curriculum effectiveness, and enhancing teaching strategies to improve educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for educators and teaching professionals.
- Design innovative training materials and methodologies tailored to modern educational needs.
- Lead workshops, seminars, and professional development sessions for teachers.
- Assess training needs and create customized learning solutions for schools and institutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in education, pedagogy, and teacher training.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs, making improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with academic institutions, government agencies, and educational organizations.
- Manage a team of trainers and ensure quality delivery of all training programs.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in teacher training, curriculum development, or educational leadership.
