Job purpose

The candidate will oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and adherence to all legal regulations. They will also collaborate with various departments to provide accurate financial data for planning and reporting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance and prompt employee payments.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll deduction statements.
  • Declare and pay income tax & pension deductions as per regulations.
  • Reconcile monthly payroll data with personnel records.
  • Accrue payroll-related payments as required.
  • Ensure adherence to internal audit and JSOX standards for payroll processes.
  • Provide accurate financial data to various teams for strategic planning and reporting.
  • Confirm calculations and timely payments for outsourced human capital.
  • Maintain accurate payroll and payment records for audits.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., NAV)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is particularly valuable)
