Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance GeezJobs' brand presence, attract new clients, and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the HR and recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote GeezJobs' services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Collaborate with the sales and HR teams to develop targeted marketing materials and presentations.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.
• Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain and update the company website with current content and job postings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
• Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the HR or recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
