We are seeking a versatile and organized professional to join our team as a Project Manager / HR & Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will wear multiple hats, supporting project management initiatives, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with human resources functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
  • Support HR activities such as onboarding, training logistics, and maintaining employee records
  • Handle administrative tasks including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external communications
  • Help maintain office operations by ordering supplies and organizing office layout
  • Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and workflow

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, administrative support, and/or human resources
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • BSC/MSC Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
