URGENT VACANCY 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree who are eager to gain hands-on experience in data management and processing. You will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.Key

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into company databases with high accuracy.
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Assist with data cleanup and organization tasks.Support other departments with data-related tasks as needed.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good typing speed and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Equipment: Must have a personal laptop for work.
