Job Description
NEUD Real Estate Market is seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert market insights and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and renters.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on market trends.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote property listings.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 Month experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid real estate license (if applicable).
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
