Job Summary
The Audit Trainee is responsible for supporting audit engagements by assisting in planning, execution, and documentation of audit activities. The role provides an opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in auditing while working closely with senior associates and audit managers to deliver quality audit services in accordance with professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the budgeting, planning, coordination, and control of audit engagements in accordance with client, statutory, and business requirements.
- Support the effective and timely delivery of audit engagements according to required standards.
- Attend audit team meetings and participate in engagement discussions.
- Complete assigned audit tasks within agreed deadlines.
- Perform audit work according to the approved audit plan.
- Assist senior associates in preparing and compiling audit working files.
- Participate in on-the-job training, internal and external learning programs, and obtain relevant certifications where applicable.
- Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues to promote knowledge sharing and effective teamwork.
- Take responsibility for completing tasks assigned by managers and senior associates.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Audit Manager and Audit Senior.
Educational Qualification
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Must have passed the Exit Exam.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0.

- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
