About the Company

In 2015, Beconnected Industrial opened a state-of-the-art, #1 printing and labeling factory in Ethiopia. The company operates a 2,500m², fully equipped facility with advanced printing and labeling machinery. Beconnected Industrial produces high-standard labels using first-class woven Jacquard and printed label machines, capable of manufacturing various types of Jacquard woven and printed labels for the African market. The company also operates one of the world's best ellipse printing and heat transfer machines, in addition to offering 800-meter manual printing. With a daily production capacity of 80,000 prints under international management, Beconnected Industrial serves international retail clients while maintaining high social compliance standards.

Education

• Degree in Accounting.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the statutory obligations of the company (e.g. VAT and tax declarations).
• Ensure the monthly and annual closing process is completed on time.
• Prepare the monthly and annual financial reporting to the group.
• Supervise inter-company reconciliation.
• Responsible for the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Facilitate external and internal auditors and implement auditors’ recommendations.
• Ensure an appropriate internal control system is in place and consistently complied with.
• Responsible for cost accumulation and absorption of overhead costs to the product cost.
• Ensure the correct budget head is recorded for each transaction and advise on budget constraints.
• Prepare weekly cash forecasts and cash flow statements.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and accounting software.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
