Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Branch Supervisor to manage daily bakery operations in the Goro Mebrat area. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring product quality, and delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
The Branch Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and supporting overall business performance.
About You
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in the hospitality sector (Restaurant, Coffee House, or Bakery)
Technical Proficiency
- Essential computer literacy
- Practical experience in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting purposes
Core Competencies
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong multitasking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational hours
