The Business Intelligence & Analytics Officer is responsible for analyzing data and business trends to support strategic decision-making, improve customer satisfaction, and drive the bank’s growth initiatives.
The role involves transforming data into actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Qualification
- BA in Business Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in banking
- Master’s degree is an advantage
