Job Overview
We are seeking a proficient and experienced Human Resources Professional to join our team. In this role, you will support the HR department in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Employee Onboarding
- Facilitate new employee orientation and training.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Performance Management
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Provide support for employee development and performance improvement.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and design relevant programs.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Assist with payroll administration and ensure accurate compensation.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries.
Compliance and Record Keeping
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation securely.
Reporting and Analysis
- Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making.
- Prepare reports on various HR activities for management.
Employee Engagement
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee morale and engagement.
Strategic Planning
- Participate in workforce planning and talent management strategies.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving organizational culture and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Over 2 years of experience in Human Resources functions, i.e., in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Technical Skills
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Understanding of payroll processes and software.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Experience with performance appraisal tools and methods.
- Skills in designing and delivering training programs.
- Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation structures.

- Strong verbal and written communication for effective interaction with employees and management.
- Ability to build relationships and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve conflicts and issues.
