- BA Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in import documentation, customs clearance follow-up, logistics, or related areas.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and process import documents.
- Follow up import permits, customs clearance, and shipment status.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, and relevant government offices.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for import transactions.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all import-related documents.
- Coordinate with finance, procurement, and warehouse teams regarding import activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of import procedures and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
