Import Documentation Officer

Job Requirements

Required Qualification

• BA Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in import documentation, customs clearance follow-up, logistics, or related areas.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and process import documents.
• Follow up import permits, customs clearance, and shipment status.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, and relevant government offices.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for import transactions.
• Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all import-related documents.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, and warehouse teams regarding import activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation handling ability.
• Basic knowledge of import procedures and customs regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
