We are seeking motivated graduates and early-career professionals with strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a keen eye for visualization and design to join our 3-month Internship Program. This program provides hands-on experience in consulting and advisory work, exposure to high-impact projects, and professional mentorship. High-performing interns may be considered for a Junior Analyst position upon successful completion of the program.
Program Details

Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and validate data from documents, databases, field interviews, and other sources.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Support strategy development and prepare analytical briefs, meeting minutes, and policy summaries.
- Contribute to visual presentations, dashboards, and infographics to communicate findings effectively.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders through interviews, calls, and meetings.
- Present analysis and recommendations to ACE leadership.
- Assist with operational initiatives, research assignments, and business development activities.
- Support knowledge management and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with CGPA 3.0+ in the fields of Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 0–1 year of work experience in a relevant field, including internships or project-based work.
- Keen eye for visualization and design, with the ability to create compelling, well-structured visuals, layouts, and graphics from data dashboards to full design assets that effectively communicate ideas and insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proficiency in other analytical tools will be an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities through professional or extracurricular activities.
