Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for building projects.
• Support senior architects in preparing design presentations and technical documentation.
• Prepare working drawings and 3D renderings using CAD and design software.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements, assess progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to resolve design-related issues.
• Update plans and designs based on feedback from clients and project teams.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in architectural design, preferably in a building consultancy or construction firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and related design tools.
• Strong creative and technical design skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
