Job Description

The position requires candidates who can handle customer communication efficiently and work in a fast-paced call center environment.

Applicants are expected to meet strict requirements and be ready to begin work immediately if selected.

Requirements (Strict Compliance)

Candidates must fulfill all of the following qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields
• Minimum typing speed of 25–35 WPM (mandatory test required)
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, smartphone applications, and data entry systems
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to start work immediately
