Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Junior Nurses to join our clinical team across Emergency & Critical Care, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatrics, Surgical Ward, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Operating Room (OR). The role is designed for early-career nurses to deliver safe and effective patient care under supervision while building strong clinical competence in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary hospital environment. The Junior Nurse will support high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols, nursing standards, and patient safety guidelines.
Qualification & Experience
- BSc in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid professional nursing license (as per national regulations)
- 0–2 years of clinical experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Specialty in Emergency, Critical Care, NICU, Pediatrics, Surgical, ICU, OR or comprehensive nursing
Required Skills
- Solid understanding of basic nursing procedures and patient care principles
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High level of empathy, professionalism, and accountability
