Role Summary
The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to manage a structured sales pipeline. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of proven sales experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in any field from a recognized institution
- Strong sales, persuasion, and deal-closing ability
- Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage sales targets, follow-ups, and customer pipelines effectively
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a competitive environment
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: ETB 15,000
- Commission: 4% per sale
