QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Degree in Marketing from a well-recognized university or college.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not a must.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently
- Self-starter and willing to carry out tasks without requiring supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Working with the Sales, Promoter, finance head, store head, and technical manager department to address problems.
- Ability to create promotional messages and promotional materials to drive business.
- Monitoring and updating the website with a web designer.
- Listening to customer feedback either directly from customers or indirectly from employees and social media platforms.
- Able to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines.
- Energetic and positive attitude towards the job.
