- Register and welcome patients
- Manage appointments and answer calls
- Handle payments and basic front-desk tasks
- Take vital signs and assist with clinical procedures
- Prepare patients for examinations
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Support daily operations and ensure a clean workspace
Qualification
- Diploma or above in Nursing
- Basic computer and front-desk skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional and organized
- Experience in a clinical setting is an added advantage
